    We have now used the Mello Hybrid for 7 months. Originally, my wife rolled her eyes about another Kickstarted item for the kitchen; however, this quickly became her favorite cooking pan. We have had no problems with the non-stick surface. Although it is dishwasher safe, I believe, we have chosen to hand wash it. Thanks again for a great product.
